Here's what we've been working on - real projects that blend thoughtful design with practical sustainability. Each one's got its own story, and honestly, we're pretty proud of how they turned out.
Evergreen Tech Campus
Commercial / Sustainable
We transformed a dated office park into a LEED Platinum workspace that folks actually want to come to. The living roof systems alone cut cooling costs by 40%, which made the CFO pretty happy.
Richmond, BC | 85,000 sq ft | 2022
Cypress Ridge Residence
Residential
Our clients wanted a home that'd work with the hillside, not against it. We designed around existing trees and the natural drainage patterns - result is a house that feels like it's always been there.
West Vancouver, BC | 4,200 sq ft | 2023
Urban Harvest Market
Commercial / Sustainable
Local food deserves a local-feeling space. We used reclaimed Douglas Fir throughout and designed the layout so natural light does most of the heavy lifting during the day.
Kitsilano, Vancouver | 6,500 sq ft | 2021
Granville Station Lofts
Heritage Restoration
This 1912 warehouse was in rough shape when we got it. We kept every original brick we could, upgraded the bones to current standards, and now it's 24 gorgeous loft units that honor the building's past.
Gastown, Vancouver | 32,000 sq ft | 2020
Solstice Family Home
Residential / Sustainable
Net-zero doesn't have to mean sacrificing comfort. This family of five generates more energy than they use, and their utility bills are basically non-existent now. The passive solar design does most of the work.
Burnaby, BC | 3,100 sq ft | 2023
Cedar & Salt Restaurant
Commercial / Interior
The chef wanted an open kitchen concept that'd feel intimate even with 80 seats. We played with ceiling heights and natural materials to create zones without walls - diners love watching their food being made.
Yaletown, Vancouver | 4,800 sq ft | 2022
Maple Grove Townhomes
Residential
Affordable housing shouldn't look cheap. We convinced the developer to invest in better materials upfront - now these 18 units have character and lower maintenance costs down the road.
Surrey, BC | 27,000 sq ft total | 2021
Greenfield Co-Working Hub
Commercial / Sustainable
We took a boring strip mall unit and turned it into a biophilic workspace where freelancers actually want to hang out. The vertical gardens improve air quality and honestly just make people happier.
New Westminster, BC | 8,200 sq ft | 2022
Pacific Theatre Revival
Heritage / Commercial
This 1928 theatre needed serious help but still had amazing bones. We restored the facade to its original glory while completely modernizing the interior systems - now it meets code and looks fantastic.
Downtown Vancouver | 15,000 sq ft | 2020
Modular Haven
Residential / Sustainable
Shipping containers get a bad rap, but done right they're incredibly efficient. This young couple got a 1,400 sq ft home for way less than conventional construction, and it's fully insulated and comfortable year-round.
Squamish, BC | 1,400 sq ft | 2023
Bayside Wellness Centre
Commercial
Medical spaces don't need to feel sterile and cold. We brought in warm wood tones and tons of natural light to make patients less anxious. The doctors say they've noticed a real difference in how folks react.
White Rock, BC | 5,600 sq ft | 2021
Whistler Retreat
Residential
Sometimes less really is more. This mountain getaway is compact at 1,800 sq ft, but every inch works hard. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame the views perfectly, and the simple layout lets the landscape do the talking.
Whistler, BC | 1,800 sq ft | 2022
Cascade Craft Brewery
Commercial / Sustainable
Breweries use tons of water, so we designed a greywater recycling system that cuts usage by 60%. The taproom features reclaimed materials from old BC barns - fits the craft beer vibe perfectly.
Port Moody, BC | 9,500 sq ft | 2021
Harmony Passive House
Residential / Sustainable
Our first certified Passive House and wow, was it a learning curve. But the results speak for themselves - heating bills under $200 a year in a 3,000 sq ft home. The owners are thrilled, and so are we.
North Vancouver, BC | 3,000 sq ft | 2023
Queen Anne Revival
Heritage Restoration
This 1895 Victorian was chopped up into apartments and looked rough. We restored it back to a single-family home, keeping original details like the millwork and stained glass while sneaking in modern systems.
