Common Questions About Our Services

You can totally pick and choose. Some clients just need design work and have their own project manager. Others want us involved from start to finish. We're flexible and will work with whatever makes sense for your project.

Depends entirely on the scope. A residential renovation design might take 2-3 months, while a full commercial building from concept to construction completion could be 18-24 months. We'll give you realistic timelines once we understand what you're doing.

We typically work on either a percentage of construction cost or a fixed fee basis, depending on the project. Initial consultations are usually free or a small fixed fee. We'll be upfront about costs before you commit to anything.

Yeah, we've done projects throughout BC and occasionally elsewhere in Canada. For projects outside the Lower Mainland, we just factor in travel time and expenses. Remote work's made some of this easier too, though we still like doing site visits in person when possible.
